    Click & Collect

    Click & Collect is a complimentary service which enables you to shop from the comfort of your home by placing an order online and collecting it from your nearest store with no additional charges.

    Add the items you would like to purchase to you cart, at the checkout stage select the “Click & Collect” option.

    Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email to let you know that your order is ‘ready for collection’ Please allow 3-5 days for the ‘ready for collection’ email to be sent to you. Once this email is received you can then make your way to your chosen collection store and a staff member will be happy to retrieve your order.

    Your goods will be held for up to 14 days, after this date and if the goods are still on hold we will contact you via email to arrange delivery or arrange to extend your hold time if needed.

    The person who placed the order will be expected to collect the goods however if for whatever reason this is not suitable please let us know who you have nominated for collection on your behalf in a brief email to customerservice@mizenhead.com – please provide your order number.

    Delivery

    You can track your order on www.anpost.ie as soon as you receive a “Dispatched email “.

    We ask customers to allow 3-5 working days for delivery, please note there may be a slight delay with deliveries due to restrictions in place with Covid-19.

    There is no extra taxes or duties on orders, www.Mizenhead.com is Irish owned and run, all orders are processed and shipped from one of our 12 stores across Ireland.

    If you encounter an issue when trying to place an order, we recommend using a different browser or clearing your cache/cookies. If the problem persists, please contact us here.

    Once you have placed your order you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation email, this is to notify you that we have received your order, you will then get a second “dispatch” email which informs you what is in your delivery and an estimated delivery date.

    You enter your “Promo Code” at the view cart stage to calculate your new total.

    From time to time an item may become “out of stock” from the time your order is being processed to being dispatched, if this is the case a member of our team will be in touch to offer an alternative option or a refund  will be be issued via the original method of payment.

    Please note orders with multiple items may be sent in separate deliveries, you will receive an email confirming each item for delivery once dispatched. If an item is no longer available a member of staff will be in touch or a refund may be issued.

    Payments

    Due to GDPR and heightened online security we would not have access to this information, please contact your bank.

    Payment will be deducted from your account as soon as you get an order confirmation email, “Mizenhead/Timberland” will appear on your bank statement.

    We currently accept Visa Debit/Credit, MasterCard, Visa Electron, PayPal,  Google Pay, One4All and Mizenhead Ecards

     

    We accept One4All cards as payment however as the One4All card is classed as a Visa debit card, you cannot combine multiple cards for an online purchase. The OneforAll card will be the same process as buying with a Visa card, click credit card as your payment method and follow the onscreen instructions to proceed with your order.

    As of 10th January 2020, due to new regulations, there is a limit of €50 per transaction online using your One4all Gift Card (non pin and chip version) – please note the ONE FOR ALL – ‘PIN AND CHIP CARD’ HAS NO LIMITS ONLINE and can be used for any value and requires activation via One4all ID-Pal app.

    Returns

    Once your order has been received in our returns department a refund will be issued straight away, depending on your bank it can take up to 10 days for it to appear on your statement.

    If an exchanged has been requested this will be processed immediately unless the item is unavailable, a member of our team will in touch if this is the case.

    We are happy to offer a 30 day online returns/refund policy.

    If the item you requested is no longer available and there is no alternative a refund will be issued.

    Yes you can return your order to any of our stores, please see here to find the nearest store to you. Please note all refunds will be issued online via original means of payment and not instore, an email will be sent to you with the refund receipt once processed. Exchanges can be done instore.

    You have a 2 year warranty with your product, proof of purchase will need to be provide if any fault occurs. Unfortunately we are unable accept returns for TIMBERLAND, VANS, THE NORTH FACE products purchased elsewhere. We suggest you to bring your faulty item back to the Store  or Website where you purchased it. Returns, refunds and exchanges are processed at the discretion of the store.
